Default Ted Taylor/TTA to Stop Authenticationg Autographs

In the 11/30/12 edition of Sports Collectors Digest, Ted Taylor/TTA has his usual small advertisement towards the back, however it was interesting to note that he states that "as of December 1, 2012, we will no longer accept any items for authentication."

Ted later claims that this is due to to it "now being time to downsize."

I guess this may mean more business for ACE or Morales.....

Right. The real question is, "will he stop issuing certificates?"

Has anyone ever seen an autograph with a Stat Authentic/TTA cert that Ted Taylor actually got right?

I haven't.

I've emailed Taylor many, many times over the years and he would always reference "That I know you're TomTresh2 on YouTube." Ted, you're quite the detective.

Taylor stopped replying to my emails when I started getting getting on his case about him certing vintage Philadelphia A's (Taylor calls himself a Philadelphia Athletics historian) garbage. I guess I must have hit a nerve, hey, Ted.

I love the "moon and capsule" sketch by Buzz. It shows the artist has a sense of humor.

coaches corner signed him to an exclusive contract and didn't want him authenticating public-sent sigs in fear of cheapening the cert.
