Default PSA confusion

I know all of the TPG are backed up to some extent. But, has anyone had issues where service levels didn't really change processing time, only the cost and insurance? I recently sent two orders, one "Express" and one "Regular", only to have the regular one completed first. Needless to say, the express order was significantly more expensive. Is the current backlog creating a goat rodeo with the submission priority as well?

Not sure if your Express subs are late or your Regular subs are early BUT I think there are more graders who can process the less expensive service levels. It would not be unusual for the more expensive service levels to be taking more time since there are fewer sets of eyes for those subs.
