Default Is any of this stuff real?

Here is a listing of cardboard advertising pieces from eBay seller OLEBBSTUFF:

<a href="http://search.stores.ebay.com/olebbstuff_0-sign-cardboard_W0QQfcdZ2QQfciZQ2d1QQfclZ3QQfromZR10QQfs nZolebbstuffQQfsooZ2QQfsopZ2QQsaselZ168120066QQsat itleZQ400Q20signQ20cardboardQQsbrsrtZdQQsofpZ0</a" target="_new" rel="nofollow">http://search.stores.ebay.com/olebbstuff_0-sign-cardboard_W0QQfcdZ2QQfciZQ2d1QQfclZ3QQfromZR10QQfs nZolebbstuffQQfsooZ2QQfsopZ2QQsaselZ168120066QQsat itleZQ400Q20signQ20cardboardQQsbrsrtZdQQsofpZ0</a>

The stuff is all sold as "vintage," "1940s," etc and each listing is accompanied by these words:

"This item is an old vintage antique, it is sold as is...."

What's going on here?

edited to add:

BTW, this seller also has hundreds of other legitimate sports collectibles for sale--cards, Hartlands, etc. My point is, why would someone
want to work on what appears to be both sides of the fence?

He sells magazine cutout advertisements as "Signs"...I've notified ebay more than once about this, but they apparently do not care. He floods ebay with this crap which is why ebay needs to devise some sort of search where you can block sellers items you don't want to see.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious - fake.

A $6,000 - $10,000 Dizzy Dean advertising piece for a $99 BIN. Haw, haw, haw.

""This item is an old vintage antique, it is sold as is....""

"What's going on here?"

He's lying and attempting to make his fake worthless items appear "old" and possibly real to suckers who think they are getting a steal. And the "sold as is" is a dead giveaway he knows it's fake, because when the buyer realizes he's the one who has just been suckered, the fraudulent seller won't have to deal with a return.

To make his worthless rip-offs seem more legitimate because some buyers might look at his other legitimate items and wonder if that means his worthless rip-off stuff is legitimate -- kind of like how it worked with you, although his hope is probably that the sucker isn't smart enough to ask others before bidding.
