Baseball Player Printing Block
Would it be possible to get a good print off this printing block or would it be a waste of time and were would someone get this done? D.

To start, you can take a good digital photograph and see if you can manipulate the image to get a good pic-- negative, contrast, etc. You might be able to get a decent positive image this way and print it on your printer.
A lot of people print and have home printing presses-- in particular artists. There are classes on printing in about every town. I took a class in my home town on printing and used the printing press, inks and all that. Look in your local community college or such class catalog, and you'll probably find a teacher who knows all about printing. At least he or she can give you good advise-- at best he or she'll print it for you. In fact, an art teacher at your local high school might know about printing. But my guess is you can make a decent print using your digital camera. Last edited by drc; 06-12-2009 at 01:50 PM. |
