Default paul maguire

Has anyone heard of paul maguire? Ive been seeing alot of his photos and negatives for sale on ebay. Was he well known? I see some of his negatives selling for a premium along with his press photos

Boston Globe photographer from 1922-1972... Died in 1997 at the age of 90... There has been quite a bit coming to market lately...

Pretty well known in Boston Circles... Originally from Medford MA. became chief of the department later in his career. Based on what I have learned of him he seemed to be totally content doing the grunt work...

he certainly had a good eye... and I must say that I am mighty impressed by some of his work that has recently come about.
