Default Calling all T206 Back (Stamp/Wet Sheet) Experts

Guys,
Please take a look at the back of this T206 and let me know your thoughts. It appears there is a 3 and another number with a straight/dotted line on the reverse bottom. Does anyone know what this is or how it might have happened? I know we have several folks on the board that love this stuff, and I would just be curious what the experts thoughts are on how that number got there? It doesn't appear applied post date, but something that has been there since produced. I will hang up and listen...
Thank you,
J

It looks to me like a weakly, unevenly inked rubber stamp. There appears to be a word with "ff" and perhaps ending in "n" across the factory number too.

Default Hey Jerame

if you have any other back stamps you would like to have more closely looked at or analyzed, you can send them to me. Especially Southern League Hindu-backed T206s.

Haha.
