Since the seller told me "Was offer 6 fig twice .but didn’t sell." I won't be surprised to hear "The grading company said it is authentic. but they won't grade it." LOL

Totally agree Henry......he is a little to persistent about unloading this card if its already been determined it is being sent in to be graded and then sent to auction. He didn't specify to me who he was having it graded by. Just keeps asking me "What is your number to stop me from taking this to auction?"
He keeps coming back with the six figure comment. I guess I'll just set back and see what happens.

Maybe I'm wrong, and it will grade and go to REA. But this guy just seems to have a playbook for selling fakes, and everything he says seems to come right out of that playbook.

Well, it's been a week since he "submitted" the card, and I'm sure that he had to make it a one day submission.... so has anyone heard what grade the card got?

Maybe we'll just have to wait for our REA catalogues for the big reveal.

Agreed--SGC still confirms one (Jamie's) on their pop report and PSA records a goose egg as of today.

You might get a reveal before that.

The seller turned down my $85k offer because he turned down a $90k offer before.

Seriously? That's a pretty big gamble for the consignor. But if David Hall needs it for his master set, I suppose that it could go over $100,000.

That was required in order for the seller to get $50k in an auction.

I think we will see a "revealation" in the next 3 - 4.4 minutes...or maybe a little longer.

I jumped the gun by one day...but I have to admit that I got it wrong.
