what's the back look like? doesn't look like any kind of "issue" to me. Looks like newspaper clipping/postcard /photo/negative or something?

What's the stock like? Looks like it could be a publication(magazine or newspaper) image glued to a thicker stock. The white residue may help confirm that notion.

There was a post card with that image used in a Babe Ruth set put out by TCMA in the 1970s.

I did see the TCMA PC...this one has a blank back unlike the TCMAs that I've seen. Wondering if another issue with this same image exists.
