Even a blind man could spot the trim job on this one. I am surprised at the high bidder going for it, he usually knows better.

This seller spammed me about this card before it went up for sale, although contrary to his belief, I didn't just fall off the turnip truck.

Like a good eBay citizen, I forwarded the email on to their support - maybe their complete silence afterwards indicates that they actually did something, like tell the seller to quit it. Nope, the item is now "sold as-is"...

Buying a Pro graded card is the same as buying one graded by NASA, stictly cut and trim jobs. There are hundreds of these sold on Ebay everyday, and most of the buyers won't realize they were cheated until they unslab and resubmit. Once bitten, twice shy.

I told him/her/it what I thought of the card.

The bidder has been buying vintage cards for a long time - surely he knows PRO's rep and it's obvious the card's trimmed. I think the bidder just really wants the card - it is one of the most difficult and undervalued caramel cards.
