Default I need help with picture ID

I just bought these on ebay listed as Japan baseball photos with Lou Gehrig.
Can anyone positively ID Gehrig in these pics?
I can post higher res pics if it will help.
The guy in the middle of the group pic looks a bit like him, but I'm not sure.
The seller is very reputable.
The auction lot tag is from heritage I think, but I can't find it on their site.
Thanks one and all,
Mark

I'm betting Gehrig is nowhere to be seen. I don't think the guy in the middle is near studly enough and the resemblance is only faint; Gehrig has one of those faces where you just know when it's him. If this is Japan it is probably one of the numerous college teams that toured there before Gehrig went over in 1934. (I don't know if he was over another time). I am surprised the seller (whom I've dealt with many times with happy results) sold these without some corroborating provenance.

Mark, I saved the picture off and blew it up, and although a bit fuzzy it doesn't look like Gehrig to me. It also looks like he has a right handed fielders glove attached to his bat, which isn't proof but that's what it looks like to me.

Looks a little like Lou, especially with the cap cock'd back. OTOH the short fella on his right appears to have the first baseman's mitt, which may mean squat.
