Default T-206 and T-210 Help

Posted By: James Gallo

Just got into the T-206 stuff and as a result of all the fake and altered stuff I generally don't buy them raw. I just don't have a good enough feel for the set yet.

I have always wanted a T-210 card as I think they are really sharp.

So Opinions on if these cards are real please....

Is it common for the Polar Bear back to have different levels of darkness to the blue color?

Thanks

James Gallo

my two cents, they look real, the commons, don't know who'd go to the trouble of doctoring or reprinting those, in that condition, the joss, kinda the same thing, why go to the trouble of making a card that is going to grade that low? as far as the polar bear backs, all the ones i've seen look a little different, really just having to do with the fading.

I am unaware of the "Series 1" on the Old Mill cards.

Scott. I think that the Old Mill back goes with the T-210 card. He just put them in reverse order. Check out the top corners and I think that you will see that as well.

Scott T,
The Old Mill back belongs to the Weems card, the T210 - all T210's have 'Series' on the the back 1 through 8.

Cards all look good.

I flipped the Magee and the Weems in the back scan.

What is the weems worth? Looks like a solid G/VG?

Thanks for all the responses.

All three look like reprints, possibly about 95 years old or so...
