Tis the season for paypal phishing

Is it just me, or has everyone else been flooded with phishing emails from paypal? I've gotten over a dozen saying my account would be suspended in the last week. What's funny, is that I just recently closed the account.

I get about 9 a day through two different eBay/Paypal accounts...so actually 18. I even get some from other e-mail addresses that aren't attached to eBay/Paypal accounts. It seems like the "phiserman" change up their e-mails roughly weekly and some have been rather "authentic" of late. I mean, I actually thought I bought a Ronald Reagan Chesterfield ad last week but went to my Paypal account to see that I didn't.

several a day. I've stopped sending them to the spoof email; doesn't seem to do any good.

Tons of viagra and porn spam too (seems if you have one you don't need the other...), and my first African lottery/government official today.

Although I never even open them, I get a kick out of some of the, let's say, "unique" titles. I kinda agree with Adam, reporting them as spam does little, in fact it seems to just trigger a new onslaught. Just one of those modern day inconveinences ...
