I hope that no one minds that I started a new thread. I am hoping to sell some significant cards, so I didn't want them to get lost in the last rather large previous posting. Please contact me directly if you have any interest in the following cards:

1903 E107 Breisch Williams Joe McGinnity (SGC 50)
1903 E107 Breisch Williams Eddie Plank (SGC 10)
1903 E107 Breisch Williams Addie Joss (SGC 10)
1903 E107 Breisch Williams Rube Waddell (SGC 10)
1903 E107 Breisch Williams Jack Chesbro (SGC 10)
1887 N28 Allen & Ginter Cap Anson (GD/VG)
1924-25 Aguilitas Segundas (Cuban) John Henry "Pop" Lloyd (HOF/Negro League)(SGC 10)

Thanks.

Wonderful set! Little, clear photographs with writing on them. Look like Japanese bromides, but clearer.

I just put up a few tokens on eBay. Just a handful little oddities, mostly of a photographic nature. Shucks, I blush just to bring it up.

All of the cards, with the exception of the "POP" Lloyd Cuban/Negro League card, are now sold! Any takers on the last card?

Dear Andy:

I had maintained the strength and discipline to stay away from the board for months ...

and then you find me and keep pulling me back in!!!

The E107's will really go a long way towards helping me complete my HOF rookie card set.

And to all of my other friends who have not seen me for a while...

I am fine and will be back soon.

I am selling/trading:

Cuban cards of Negro League HOFers Ray Dandridge and Martin Dihigo from the 1940's if anyone is interested contact me at the email above (or wait for them on Ebay this weekend)
Also I am still interested in selling my SGC 80 Gypsy Queen card of HOFer Ned Hanlon if anyone has a serious interest please contact me.

---
As always I am seeking high grade T202s and T205s (generally 6/80 or better). Also looking for a Cuban card of Oscar Charleston and a 19th Century card of Deacon White (even though it looks like his HOF chances are shot for good).

Lew Lipset's Red Stocking Radbourne...hahahahaha!

One or both of the Hoy game cards.

Has the 20th century started yet?

I guess i need a Fan Craze Wagner.

I have decided to put together a collection of different colored S-74 Chief Meyers as a spin-off of my type collection. If anyone has a high grade example that they would be interested in selling, please let me know. Thanks, Patrick.

I am looking for T205 commons that range G+ to EX-. Does anyone have a group they want to sell? I am interested in as many as you can build up, and can pay a respectable price per card.

Please let me know.

Thanks...

N172 Old Jujdge Pud Galvin. No creases, bright photo (NOT with a bat)very appealing--slight, tentative smile, hands held at belt. BUT:

Half was up on the left, there are "lumps and bumps" in the card, as if it had been run over by a thin bike wheel (these are not visable on the surface, but are very easily felt). Yes, they ARE visable, as a sort of puzzling unevenness.

Lower right hand corner, some emulsion missing--thin as a butterfly's wing, but it carries a small piece of picture on it.

Back clean. Paid 1300 for it.

I won the lot in the Mastro that had the red backed Crofts...everything except that and the E94 Crawford will be for sale....I will most likely substitute the E94 Crawford for a Speaker (E94 in vg), of which 2 folks have expressed interest in it so far.........not sure exactly how I will sell it but the lot read:

A varied sampling of colorful "E" candy cards as well as a nice selection of the black and white Colgan's Chips that were originally issued in round candy tins. Includes: 1909 E92 Crofts Candy with Rare Red-Printed Reverse: Miller (EX). 1911 E94 George Close: Crawford (GD/VG). 1909-10 E97 C.A. Briggs: Mullin (VG) and Steinfeldt (GD/VG). 1910 E98: Bender (GD/VG), Dahlen/green (FR), Dahlen/red (VG), Evers (VG), McGraw (VG), and McLean (GD). 1909-11 E254 Colgan's Chips: EX to NM - Bates, Camnitz, Chase, Ellis, Ferriss, Jordan/Bklyn., Mattern, and Siner. GD to VG/EX - Baker, Burch, Bush, Davis/Phila., Hartsel, Knabe, Murphy, Phillipe, and Zimmerman,

thanks and best regards

Lumps and bumps are loose pockets where card came loose from backing--in other words, card has been sort of half-rebacked (it's nice and snug at the top), but with it's own back. Price: $500.

I currently have a dozen T3s available for sale. I'll put them on Ebay sooner or later but I thought I'd give the board a first look. There are quite a few on Ebay right now but most are quite a bit overpriced. Email me at mackeyd@mailcity.com and I can send a scan a detailed description of any you're interested in.

3. Leach G+ 77. Ames VGEX Ad Back
30. Mullin VG+ 82. Bransfield VG
33. Pfeister VG 94. Gibson VG+
34. Rucker VGEX+ 101. Keeler VG+
44. Napping VGEX 117. Schulte VG+
49. Close Play G-VG 119. Stone VGEX+

I just put a Wagner and a Plank on ebay. The Plank has no creases, no wrinkles, no paper damage and nice color and registry. The Wagner is SGC 30 and is waaaay undergraded. Take a look and I think you'll agree. I've seen 50s in this condition. One hairline wrinkle in the corner, otherwise no creases, great color and registry, clean back. BINs on both are very reasonable. Hopefully the readers of this board will be able to see them before they pop up on ebay. Check seller "tbob" on ebay.
Thanks,
Bob

Still have quite a few T206's available. Mostly mid grade & less. All are pedestrian, nothing special. Would be great fillers, trade bait or a light snack for Kit Young (sorry Kit!)
Here is an idea:
25 fair to good 195.00
25 good to vg 295.00
25 vg 395.00
Someone can make a few bucks on these.
Thanks!

I have had some success with the T207 set and am closing in. Still need the Ward Miller and Tyler in any condition and upgrades on Bauman and Downey.
Also looking for an untrimmed E98 Cobb in Fair or better. Any always looking for VG or better untrimmed E94s, especially violet background ones.

Is Candycards a board member? We were both bidding on a Nicholson Old Judge lot on Sunday evening. I was bidding since it was a pose I needed. If Candycards reads this I would be willing to trade another Nicholson pose or other Whites cards for this pose. I can be emailed at curl777@aol.com.

Thanks!

Preferably the '15 variation as that would be cheaper. VG would be perfect. Let me know if you have one and want to pass it on to a good home.

Love the 'do (relation to Paulie Walnuts on the Sopranos??). Anywhere from vg 3 by SGC or PSA or GAI on up. If you've got ol' "batwings", LMK what you are looking for in trade.

Also, any Exhibit cards of Hack Wilson and Sammy Bohne. Except the 4 on 1 cards, which I don't like.

Not too long ago picked up an SGC 88 R423 Ty Cobb. Although it is only an SGC 88, it is the highest graded according to SGC's population report. Anyone interested in it, please let me know. thanks.

The R423 are one of my favorite oddballs. Dewdrop-size, you can probably fit about twelve in a toploader. I had a bunch of complete 13-card strips once, but you don't see them around too often.

Also, this is a case where you can throw out the price guide. All the ones I owned, even the commons, sold ahove high book value.

I have been looking for an R423 Sid Gordon card for years, with no luck. If anyone has this card, please contact me. Thanks.
