Default N172 Pete Wood, variations

Posted By: Lee Behrens

I was wondering if anyone had any idea how many different variations are known to exist for the N172 Pete Wood cards. I just bought my third one and I have been told that there might be 5 variations. If you have an idea, can you please send me scans or at least descriptions of the differences.

Thanks

Lee

Lee-Do you have the bat at ready/hearly horizontal pose? I need that pose and would trade other Old Judge for it if you are do disposed.

I only have two different poses, but one has writing in the photo, is this a common variation?

What poses do you have? The writing in the photo is either the Goodwin & Co. copyright or the players name, position and team. This is common on all 1889 or 1890 cards.
