Doesn't look like any I've seen. But I could be wrong. Most likely, not legit.

At first glance I dont have an issue with it. I would like to see it closer, but it appears that it could have been a rushed ballpark signature.

Though it's within the realm of possibility (maybe a 1% chance) that it could be a palm-supported, "run by signature", written with a pen running out of ink, were it on a postcard and not a Ryan Topps card, IMO, most would find it illegibly difficult to interpret.

IMO, the professional authentication of signatures this far off the established norm is risky at best, unless historical documentation/provenance can be firmly established.

If it is real, it is a really bad example. You are better off looking elsewhere.

Right. Even if by some chance it was signed by Ryan while he was upside down in a rollercoaster, who would want it? Many thousands of perfectly signed authentic exemplars exist and are readily available at relatively low cost.
