He had a reserve on the card last time but 48$ didnt meet the reserve so now he just relisted for a buy it now of $45(hoping for a quick sale possibly?),he could have sold it to the high bidder but then he wouldnt have had the security of an ebay transaction......but since i dont want to make elliot mad i'll just agree that this guy makes no sense |
