Help with jersey identification

Picked up this jersey recently, so far I've hit a total dead end trying to figure what team this is. Has anyone seen a jersey like this, anyone have any idea what team it is? Rawlings tag dates to 1992-1994.

That was my initial hope, but colors are wrong (blue and red) I looked through hundreds of pics and couldn't find anything close.

Did you try tweeting a pic to Phil hecken or uniwatch on Twitter....they have lots of followers that might be a way...

I would offer this a possible research protocol.

1. Look at this page and others within the tagging period and just beyond as tag ending dates:
http://www.baseball-reference.com/re....cgi?year=1992

2. You can scroll over entries with your cursor to see team names in addition to the city hosting the team.

3. Perform a Google search for images of those teams that might fit based on city or team name. You are likely to get any number of hits as many minor league teams of this period were producing their own local baseball card sets at this time.
