Congrats on the win! I'd say you give Graig a little bit of a challenge...

A lot of good ideas so far. I'd say a few are in the running already. I feel fortunate I get to make such a tough choice. |

There's always the Mad Russian, Lou Novikoff, though probably not the most picturesque Brewer...

If you go with that one, scan a picture of you as a kid or a son/nephew/cousin/father as a kid and have him incorporate it as one of the faces in the crowd.

For some reasom, it already looks like a lot of the heads are photo-shopped in.
Not sure why, but it has a "cut and paste" look... a lot like the Sgt. Peppers Album Cover. Especially in the foreground... Last edited by perezfan; 11-18-2014 at 02:35 PM. |

Although my initial suggestion was a bit tongue-in-cheek, it would be an amazing image in Kreindlercolor™. The first time I saw that image was in Ken Burns' Baseball documentary, and they presented it by showing a super close-up of Ruth's grinning face, then slowly panning out (in typical Burns style) to reveal all the anxious kids surrounding the Babe. Simply a perfect capture of a moment in time, when things were much simpler, and Babe Ruth was the most popular athlete on the planet. I think the image appears photoshopped due to the high contrast and amazing quality of black and white photography. When you get a good photographer, the right lighting, and a decent camera, you'd be amazed at the quality of vintage photography. |

OK, Milwaukee it is. Found a few interesting ones. With you being a relatively younger guy, I though of Yount, and for 1975 collectors, Yount and Brett. And the stash.
