Default Please help Identify this card.

I would appreciate it if some of you kind gentelman here would Identify this tobacco card for me. & also you best ball park figure for it's worth. & yes I will be putting it up for sale here on net54.

Looks like a c1910 notebook cut-out. I guess it's also a possibility that it could be some sort of proof for the M116 set.

Its an m116 blank back. i sold one in slightly better shape here about 6 months ago for $30
