Default Is this what happens when you write old paper?

Just saw this one on Ebay for 8000. It this what it looks like when you try to use fountain pen on old aged paper? Just wanting to learn more.

But yes you get 2 bonuses with this piece: 1. You earn $100.00 in eBay bucks, and 2. You get the autograph of the elusive Julia Ruth ,which is forged also.
