Default Introducing BST Auctions

Hello all,

I'm pleased to announce the launch of a brand new auction house called BST Auctions - owned by three Net54 members; namely John Spano, Andy Becker, and myself. It will be a catalog (and internet) auction with over 1000 lots per auction. We anticipate one auction per year (or at most two).

We'd love for each of you to check out the website and to register so that we can include you on our mailing list.

Below is our first ad that will appear in this month's SMR, which is being mailed today and will be handed out in the VIP packages at the National. It outlines some of the specifics related to our auction and what we offer.

John, Andy, and I will be at Booths 2101 and 2105 in Cleveland.
We will have a couch. Please stop by and take a load off!

Thank you for your time! We look forward to your feedback and, ultimately, to serving you as a trusted option for your bidding and consignments.

Sincerely,
Brian Terjung

Brian, congrats! It's nice to see good folks setting up shop when there are so many not so savory folks around. Looking forward to bidding and hopefully wining with you guys.

Cheers,

Just register with the link provided above. There is a box at the bottom of the registration that you check in order to get the catalog in the mail.

With the sharp decline of ebay auctions, it is very nice to see another option. Some may say there are too many auction houses, but really ...the more the merrier. More options and more competition is always a good thing for the consumer.

I wish you guys the best of luck too. There is always room for another good auction house. If anyone cares to look back at the hobby 50+ yrs ago, there were probably as many or more auctions than there are today (ran mostly individually). Their online presence was quite limited though .

Cool, best of luck, guys! I will stop by and visit you in Cleveland for sure. I've had good experiences with Andy and Brian and also think I might have met John and had good things to say about him as well.

Three guys I'd have a beer with (if I still drank beer) as opposed to some of the various Masters of the Hobby Universe types that I'd cross the street to avoid. Three guys I am happy to count as friends. I am 100% confident that they will conduct good, honest auctions. Best of luck, boys!

I just laughed. And threw up in my mouth a little.

Best of luck with the auction. Will be watching to see if you have any autographs in there!

I like the variable buyers premium. I've always been curious as to why more AHs don't do this get the higher dollar consignments.

Good luck guys.
