Default Question About Commorative Card of Harry C. Pulliam

I was on Wikipedia* looking up Harry C Pulliam^ the ill-fated National League President from 1903-09 and saw that commemorative cards of Pulliam were issued in conjunction with the World Series by edict of "organized baseball."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Pulliam

Does anyone have one of these (or even an image) or know more about it?

----
* I realize that Wikepedia is hardly 100% reliable but this isn't the sort of thing that is prone to being incorrect (it doesn't involve current events or controversial political or religious issues or even a celebrity) Also it cites to a 1911 NY Times article for this point. Yes, the NYT is not 100% reliable either -- even in 1911....
^ - Full disclosure: I was looking up Pulliam because I wanted to know more about him to sell a card of him (Fan Craze) so my inquisitiveness was not purely "academic"

Won't happen to be what is thought to be a cigar label.
