Look, if the guy had an authentic T206 Honus Wagner graded by PSA, I hardly think he would be selling it on eBay and if he was, I don't think the high bid would be only $69 dollars.
Now if this were Heinie Wagner..... David |

If Im not mistaken, the "? Authenticity" is PSA's polite way of saying "Im not saying this is a fake, but it IS a fake."

Nice photo. Clears up any possible questions - not.

I understood that designation ?authentic by PSA means it is not real.

At least the 20th time Ive seen someone use the PSA flip to sell a fake.
Scammers are going to keep on doing this until PSA pulls their heads out.... and fixes the damn abbreviation, with a big "NOT" instead of "?". Many a newbie have gotten confused on it. |

fake
I reported the item to ebay, but the listing is still active. I contacted the seller, and he sent me a rambling message with no punctuation and numerous spelling errors that included that included threats.
He did convince me that this card is real, and I plan on bidding at least $75 on this authentic Wagner.

I am not trying to excuse the seller in any way, but some of the responsibility has to fall back on PSA. The card is either real or fake - period. PSA shouldn't list "? AUTHENTICITY" on their flips. If it is a fake, then the flip should say such. If PSA can't tell the difference, they shouldn't be grading cards. The "? AUTHENTICITY" crap leaves room for hope in the mind of the poor sap who buys it.

Well........
I'm no expert on PSA flips but this guy is really going out of his way to cover up the top of the flip where it says "PSA" with a piece of newspaper or something...........run FAST!!!

Wagner
What ever happened to the "questionable Wagner that won't go away?"
The one that got all the media coverage and the 2 owners refused to grade it and all kinds of drama with the story! Just wondering if anyone can enlighten me on the subject. Thanks, Bill |

Seriously, this HAS to be a joke. Why would people bid on this crap? I love the "question" down below and his completely irrelevant answer to anything. Boy, its almost as much fun to search the bay for crooked sellers/idiot buyers, as it is the Roach's auctions.
