Default Minor Titus T205 Variation?

I recently purchased some T205 duplicates and compared them to cards in my set to see if I could find any upgrades. As I was comparing the Titus card, I noticed a weird blue print dot in the same exact place over the word 'has' in his bio on the back.

At first, it looked just like an ink/marker spot but upon closer inspection, I'm pretty sure that it's not. There is no ink mark on the front that would result in it going through the card to the back and, as stated, it is in the exact same spot.

Both cards are a Piedmont Factory 25. I checked against some examples on eBay to see if all Piedmont Factory 25s have this mark and I found this one, which does not.

Just wondering if anyone can check their Titus T205s to see if they have a Piedmont Factory 25 with the print mark in that area.

I haven't seen that before but have seen similar situations on other cards. My guess is it might be a smudge on the printing plate when it/they were printed.

Yeah, whatever it is, it's definitely something really minor. I've only found a couple of other Titus T205 Piedmont Factory 25 images online and didn't see any with the mark. But I'm sure more exist. I'm going to keep an eye out for more.

Here's a couple that are not quite as pronounced as the ones you have.

And one that sold in a HA auction.
