Default Baseball Cards...for the office? NYMag article

http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2012/06...S_mcf_20120615

In sales, we track our progress on a big whiteboard...home runs are closed deals, hits are meetings, strike outs when the client fires you, etc...but this takes it to a whole new level

Interesting and a few interesting comments from employees and people that know employees (at the bottom). I think I agree with his style to a certain extent but hopefully would stop short of making it a miserable place to work. Having worked in a place like that before I can empathize.

Baseball cards in the workplace can be a fun thing also. A few years ago I made a set for my staff. Here is a sample - you may recognize the format).
