I often go on safari to locate the photos based on old postcards, type cards, strips etc. Today I finally located this one. Enjoy

Conflicting sources report -Barnstorming or headed west for Spring tng. One in the same?

Thanks for posting that pic. That's always been one of my favorite postcards - and there are a couple of variations that I have seen including a fold out view, and an oversized postcard.

And I vote for headed to California for Spring Training. That seems much more plausible than barnstorming through the Rocky Mountains.

I was able to add this card a year ago and LOVE it. It's funny how the artist made the river look like rapids on the PC.
