This walked into my LCS today. My buddy who owns the shop doesn't subscribe to this forum nor does he really deal with anything vintage. Can you experts please give me your thoughts on this? Thank you very much

Thanks for the input on the autograph. I only collect cards and no little to nothing about vintage autographs. So many questions. How significantly does the photo condition affect the value? Approximately when was this signed/ made ? Any info on the photo or printing info on back? Your opinion on the SV of this item after it is slabbed ? Again, thank you very much

Definitely not a reprint. You can see the ink on top of the photo and the indentation of the writing in the close up. Additionally, you can see that there is some blotting on the left side of the crossbar of the "t".
