Default (ST) PSA Qualifier

Please move this post if it is in the wrong section....

Can someone help me understand the (ST) PSA qualifier? Here are a couple of cards graded PSA 6, but one has an (ST) qualifier:
Howe front.jpgHull front.jpg
Howe back.jpgHull back.jpg

First, maybe someone needs to explain to me how to makes the scans larger

I don't understand why the (ST) qualifier is on the Howe card unless my eyes are finally failing, or it can only be seen under a loupe. Thanks for your help, Dave

Look at the "S" in "U.S.A." on the bottom.
