Interesting that a lot of the pages have 150, 350, 350-460 handwritten at the top.

Exactly, “prices tend to go wild at these auctions,”. So why don’t more people consign to these places? I’m being serious, not a wise guy.

LOL before I became an auctioneer I tired using live general auctions. Problem is they are WILDLY unpredictable. I saw a 1972 Topps Mays in Action in VG go for $30 at one auction so I consigned a bunch of similar material and don't know if I got $30 for everything. People remember the crazy sales but they forget about the time they emptied out a sale at a bargain price (which I've also done)
