I will probably never own one of these and have not see one either. Does anyone have scans of any of the 1910 Washington Times cards? I would love to see the Cobb or at least know what image of him it is. Any information on this set would be helpful.

Dan - If you can share a scan or two that would be great. If not, could you please tell me what the Cobb pose is?
Thanks

The Washington Times Ty Cobb is a portrait of Cobb. One was sold in a Mastronet auction a while back. I have a scan and will try to dig it out later tonight.

Edited to add a link to a Crawford from the set that sold as part of Mastro's Frank Nagy offering in 2005.

Here is Dan's set on the SGC registry. Dan was kind enough to include clear scans of the Cobb and Crawford cards.

Is there a link to scroll through the old mastro auctions, like the 2005 auction the Crawford Times card was sold in?

Do you mean to tell us that Dan McKee has a graded set on the SGC registry!?!? I don't think we should ever let him live that one down!

Anyone know what the Cobb sold for in auction? Maybe there is hope if DM already has the set. Opps... I forgot the 50 other guys who collect Cobb cards and have a ton of money, not to mention guys who collect rare/scarce sets. Thanks for the information. These have become my favorite M cards and a new obsession for me.
