It's entitled Baseball Pinback Buttons by Dr. Paul Muchinsky, Great Oaks Press.

Default Muchinsky book

At $90 it's a little pricey but I'll bet this book becomes a collectors item eventually.

It's worth every penny if you love pinbacks. As with any guide, the pricing doesn't always reflect the current market lower/higher, but it is exceedingly well done and an invaluable reference that provides hours upon hours of browsing enjoyment.

I would also highly recommend (An Illustrated Price Guide to Non-Paper Sports Collectibles) by Ted Hake and Roger Steckler.

This guide is out of print, but can be found on ebay or Amazon from time to time. It's veeeery dated and the pricing is outdated, but it covers some of the sets and series Pauls' book does not. It's a great reference for sets.

Well said, Mike.

Incredible reference; I pull it out several times a month. Don't think I've ever utilized it for pricing.

Wondering...........if volume II isn't in the works (or a maybe a college football reference) ?!?!?!

I'm afraid not. I'm also afraid Paul has bailed on this place, due to a few disagreements. I hope he comes back...
