Default Here's a thought. USE THE IGNORE LIST!

Does someone on the board get under your skin?

Are you annoyed by reading the same old story from the same old poster(s) over and over again?

Then here's a thought.

USE THE IGNORE LIST!

1. While logged in, select the "User CP" on the left in the blue menu bar towards the top of the forum.

2. In "Your Control Panel" on the left side scan down, and under "Settings & Options" select "Edit Ignore List"

3. Then "Add a member to you list..." and click "Okay"

That's all there is to it. It is really pretty easy.

You'll never again have to see or read a post from any member of the board on you "Ignore List" again.

If you don't like my suggestion, then feel free to go ahead and criticize me. If I don't respond, then you just may be on my "Ignore List."

But isn't it good sport to watch someone make an ass of himself in public?

This is the exact reason I try to not get too involved.

One caveat to Tim's good suggestion. I am not sure you can do it but if you put me on an ignore list it might not be a good thing for your membership in the long run. If I email someone or PM them with something pertaining to the board, and they don't respond, then I see them on the board again....they get suspended until they respond to me. This would be the same thing pertaining to another moderator sending a question too...

Leon, good point.

So . . . . I just TRIED to put you on my Ignore list (only as a test, mind you, because I truly treasure ever word you type ) and got the following message.

Sorry Leon is a moderator/admin and you are not allowed to ignore him or her.
So not to worry.

Thanks Tim.....Two people having issues on the board have ignored me in the last few days. Those two are now banned until they reach out to me. I only PM or email or call, when I need to. Responding is not an option if you want to stay on the board. If you don't want to be on the board then do whatever you want, I could care less. This is all to try to make this place as safe as possible. It is always caveat emptor though. I had one board member contact me today about doing a deal with someone that contacted them through the board. The person that contacted them has not sent back the required registration info and I told the good board member that. The board member said he won't do the deal with that person. All I will say is what I have or don't have on someone, or what I know about them (or don't know). Hope this helps....
