Without knowing the dimensions, right off the bat, it looks like a 4 in 1 Exhibit that is cut down..and this is one of the 4 players. It's very common to find them that way (cut down).....regards

Hi Leon, not a lot is known about the W517 mini's. I believe they were just recently added to the SCD Catalog. 1 3/4"x2 3/4" without the card numbers is all the info I have.
