Default Ball sign by Minnesota Twins players '82-83 - need help

Hi,
I found this ball this week in my basemant. It was a gift from my uncle- big fan of MT.
I recognize only a few signs:
1. Jeff Reardon
2. Dan masteller
3. Gary Gaetti
4. Tim Laudner
5. Frank Viola
6. Freddie Toliver
7. Allan Anderson
8. Mark Davidson
9. Steve Lombardozzi
10. Brian Harper
11. Wally Backman
12. Randy Bush
13. Kirby Puckett
14. Jim Dwyer

Please help to identify the rest of the signs on that ball.

However need also help to know something about the value of that ball. Is it necessery, before selling, to give it to PSA/DNA for grading?

Thanks,
Peter Krywa

Facsimile signed. Not authentic signatures.

Stamped signatures are easy to see. As for a value, maybe $5.00?
