Default Uniform Experts, Need Help Identifying Dykes' Team on 1933 Delong

Trying to figure out if the uniform Dykes is wearing in his 1933 Delong card is the Philadelphia Athletics or the Chicago White Sox. Dykes ended his run with the Athletics in 1932 so a 1933 card may very well show his previous year's uniform. But when I compare Dykes' uniform to others in the Delong set, the Philly guys have black/dark socks whereas Dykes has white socks. Other than the socks, uniforms of the 2 teams look similar. Dykes' uniform looks the same as Al Simmons in his Delong card and, coincidentally, Simmons moved from Philly to the Sox following the 1932 season as well. Is there a definitive answer?

Just a guess but I would say Athletics because the hat is white with stripes, which the Athletics wore in the 1920s. Plus, I think the White Sox wore solid colored caps in 1933...but this is just a guess off the top of my head.
