Stay away 1940 Ott

Stay away, seller has only 7 feedback,basically all to the same buyer, and the buyer has only 4 feedback, all to the seller and all on 4/16. On the off chance anyone was looking at it, obvious scam. Seller has no sales over $10, now all of a sudden he has a signed 1940 Ott? Silly

You think he has a hard time keeping up with all his ebay identities? Sure is alot of work for a scam, but agree that something is up.
