Default Vintage Baseball Card Posters

Came across this interesting site that blows your favorite baseball card up into a poster size. Wondered if anyone has tried this...

I've always wanted to do something similar, but my impression was that it would be pretty difficult to obtain permission to use the likeness of Cobb, etc. In fact, his likeness (and that of every major player I'd want to produce) is controlled by cmgworldwide. Here's an FAQ from their website:

I would like to sell merchandise/create an ad campaign using Ty Cobb. Who do I contact?
If you would like to use the name, image, likeness, voice or signature of Ty Cobb or any of CMG's illustrious clients, please fill out our Business Opportunities form to the best of your ability. The form will be forwarded on to a Marketing Executive for review.

Does rainfall.com sound like they've obtained this permission?
