Default I'm fairly certain... OJ Packs

These packs date no earlier than 1901 and thus would contain no cards whatsoever, much less a baseball card. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Steve-The packs are certainly post 1890 (when the ATC was formed), but I'm interested in why you think post-1901. Either way, as far as I know they didn't have cards in them, certainly not baseball cards.

Imperial Tobacco was not founded until 1901.

Contact the seller (either through eBay or this site) and let him know the packs are mis-labeled. Ask him to end the auction, and start it again with a more accurate listing later.

Default Knowledge

Once again, I am amazed by the wealth of knowledge on this board.
Nice work guys. I think that the seller will do the right thing and change the listing if you contact him.

Kudos to Brent. He responded immediately and pulled the listing. I've alerted other power sellers about bad listings and usually get the "I'll look into it" runaround while letting the auction run it's course. Even caught a temporary ban once at CU for outing a bad card PSA encapsulated. PWCC earned a lot of respect from me today.

Thanks Brent.
