He even had a bit part in Godfather 2 as the FBI agent who found the rat, Frank Pentangeli in the bathtub.

Great Ry Cooder soundtrack too. A couple of decades ago saw him in a supermarket in LA perusing the comic book rack (don't recall the titles).

Saw Paris, Texas a long long time ago and really liked it. Maybe time for a repeat viewing.

Seconded. Was really good to see him popping up in the new Twin Peaks reboot that ended a couple of weeks ago as well. Last performance I would imagine for an underappreciated actor.
