Vintage College Pennants
Anyone here an expert on vintage pennants? These were in a chest that belonged to my grandfather who attended Penn State from 1928-1932. I'm assuming they are from this era but haven't been able to match them with anything I've seen on the internet. All of the letters and trim are stitched.

These items were common college styles from the early 1900's up to the thirties. The STATE version is a tougher style, but to answer your question Yes they are from that era or earlier. Nice items.
