I remember seeing this and thinking why oh why did they put thumbtacks in them to display them!

Someone posted this to facebook earlier today and I thought it was a recent episode. I wondered why the appraiser didn't know the "cards" were cut out off of the front of Mort Rogers scorecards. Perhaps it wasn't known at that point where they came from?
