Default Reach Single Signed Mystery Ball

Anybody have a clue whose signature is on this ball? Julius, and the last name looks kind of like Torak or Torsk but I can't a name match anywhere close.

Since it looks like he wrote it on the box, too, my guess would be that it was the owner of the ball, perhaps a kid practicing his autograph.

Hi Ken, Thanks for the input. I kind of thought about whether it was the owner as well, but the quotation marks around the first name kind of threw me off...it didn't seem like the kind of thing one would do with their own name (unless they were somewhat famous) but who knows.
