Picked up this booklet. I've been able to identify half of the signatures. Can anyone help me figuring out the rest.

P 10 - Claude M? with School Boy Rowe and Eddie Joost
P 11 - Jim Fox
P 12 - Red Wilson, Bubba Phillips
P 13 - Bill Tuttle with Ned Garver and Leo ?

All of the hockey players are hall of famers and all played for the Canadiens - Beliveau, Geoffrion, Harvey, Tom Johnston, Bert Olmstead. They were all teammates in Montreal 1951-58.
