Default Old Judge Cards

Hi. I don't know much about these baseball cards. Any stand-outs in the group? Is Kloff, P batting a checklist add? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Is Kloff, P batting a checklist add? No, he is checklisted in the Goodwin/ Old Judge book.

Jay Miller will know much more than I ever could, but portraits are always desirable, and that Irwin has a pretty nice image. Off the top of my head, I would estimate it to be a $500 card, though others will correct me if I’m wrong. Also, St. Louis Whites are not very common, as are Western Association cards in general, though they don’t necessarily command much of a premium.

You guys don't need us. Leon is correct, the Klopf is listed in our book as pose 264-5. The Irwin pose is very nice (one of his two known poses) and is probably ballpark worth $500-$750. Nice find!

The Irwin stood out to me as well. Doesn't look like a ballplayer though.

Are this cards from a new find? If so, I'd like to hear about the background.
