Default T207 (swapped) Back Question

I've scoured the internet and haven't been able to find much...

PSA lists two cards with swapped backs as part of the T207 Master Set, Heinie Wagner & William Carrigan. Best I can tell, in the printing process these two backs got interchanged in some print runs? I cannot find a picture of either of these cards, and mentions of them are only in passing. They are not broken out in the population report.

Has anyone looked into this & could shed some light?

A Red Cycle Rasmussen for something pretty in the post.

They are nothing more than partial backs showing from an incorrectly aligned(or reversed) press run of the backs. There are others with the same anomaly. None of them are part of the set. At my request and explanation, Bob Lemke took them out of the SCD Annual Guide over a decade ago.

To put a bow on this old thread, PSA decided to remove the two cards from the T207 master set, reducing the number of cards needed down to 206.

Default T207

Good going, Jeff! I think that is fair and correct. I've seen a couple other T207's with wrong backs, but I've never seen either of those 2 cards. A one-off printing error like that should not be considered part of the set. There are a few other print oddities in T207: Davis with a Blue C, Brown printing on Recruit backs, miscut backs, Clarke with a partial C, etc.

Is there a Davis with a blue C, or not?
