Default "Honus Wagner" sale on eBay; "like as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap."

If you haven't seen it, go to:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Honus-Wagner-bas...item3f03282792

The guy notes that there's nothing wrong with the card at all; it's just like it's right out of shrink wrap. The card isn't graded, but the seller assures us that it would be a 10 if it were. The seller has no feedback.

Why does eBay keep allowing these clear frauds to post their crap?

SEPT 18 As observed below, there's another thread on the same card. PLease see http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=127778

As noted in the other thread, seller says he/she is in Las Vegas, but the area code to their phone # is not a Nevada area code..........area code in Las Vegas is 702.

I don't see a problem with paying a million dollars for that card, as long as the seller is willing to accept payment just as authentic as the card.
Here ya go buddy, I'll meet you in the ebay parking lot to make the exchange.
