They were still feeling weird the next day, but they're fine now. I only have a problem being out in the cold if I'm standing still - they had me standing at the finish line clicking a button every time someone crossed. The last person did the 5K in 42 MINUTES!!! I was ready to go out and carry him in.

- that's why I like to volunteer. It's a real kick seeing the look of satisfaction people get. I volunteered at the Peachtree a few years ago, removing chips from people's sweaty shoes (after that, even changing diapers isn't bad).
