Default Jackie Robinson Bat - What Do I Have?

Bought this bat at a garage sale quite some time ago. The guy said his "grandmother worked for Dodgers and she got it from an equipment manager as it is broken at the handle. Not confident it is a real bat but don't know for sure as branding looks legit but it is more like stamped branding instead of engraved. All except the bat knob which does have JR3 engraved. With apologies for my ignorance, I request you let me know what you think as I need help in figuring this one out.

labeling puts it post 1980 and the JR3 on the knob are known as inch marks denoting the bat is 33" long....

maybe get $10 for it on eBay

Thanks for valuable feedback. Kind of like a mirage in the desert. You want it to be real but it's not.

I've been too trusting of people in general but I'm learning.
