Default Embarrassing grading company error

I don't usually post about grading company errors. But how does an error like this get made? And how does a reputable seller include the same error in the title of his listing?

Because the grading firms aren’t really the experts they claim to be, and most hobbyists simply defer to the grading firms.

The person who submitted it probably made the error while inputting and SGC never corrected it.

An embarrassing grading company error. Well, there's always the ones on the grading side.

Default It’s an easy eeeoe to make

Data entry errors are incredibly easy to make. You don’t type in the set name it comes up in a scroll down and they clicked on the wrong one. It’s actually a very easy mistake to make. It should have been caught in the proofing or verification stage. But it’s honestly not as ignorant a mistake as it seems. I’m sure every one acting like this is the end of the world has made a similar mistake at their job. Nobody is perfect no matter how much some pretend they are.

The Greenberg here is a Goudey r322. Wide pens were taller, and were premiums.
