Default Fake Green Cobb on Ebay

If anyone knows how to report this, this is a reprint. Already up to almost $500. Hate to see somebody get burned (except for the seller)....

I agree. Look at the top edge of the back. It doesn't seem to line up properly with the front.

Maybe this is his strategy: sell a bunch of real commons, and include the fake Cobb Green and hope no one notices.

If you look at the left border, around the middle, you can clearly see that the back of the card is millimeters wider/bigger than the front....

reading the complete description the seller knows this is a fake...as he's trying to cover his ass.

Actually he's got that draconian description on every item, even graded cards.

I just messaged him and told him his card is a fake and listed as authentic. He replied..." which grading company do I work for?" His name is Brock if anyone knows him.

Maybe it depends upon your approach. He messaged me and told me he took it down and thanked me.

You could just buy one of his cheap cards and get his name and address that way.

He did the same to me, told me it was down and thanked me. I wasnt a jerk to the guy at all. I give most the benefit of the doubt. Do I believe the guy.....NO. he's selling other, graded t206. The difference in the cards is clear as day.

For what it's worth, I messaged him as well. He pulled the card down after receiving my note and thanked me. My understanding is that he bought a collection of cards and this one was included in it. Could just be a story, but I believed him.

I guess this guy thinks that using the words SET BREAK helps his sales. Everything is a freaking set break!! Seems like an honest seller though...

The way ebay does their searches now leads us to another similar card. How convenient!! Fakes lead to fakes. Now if only real ones led to only real ones.
